“Creatives See the World Differently”

This fully in-house, highly creative campaign was all about crafting high-quality content for organic and paid channels. The main goal was to attract new creative talent to study at AIT and enhance student engagement.

The Brand

AIT specializes in training students for careers in the digital and creative industries. This campaign focused on AIT’s main study areas: Film, Game Design, and 2D/3D animation.

We aimed to create an immersive digital journey with the campaign directors and the marketing team to showcase AIT students' unique talents and perspectives.

  • For this campaign, I ensured clear communication within the Marketing team and with external stakeholders, kept assets on track, maintained brand consistency through quality checks, and collaborated closely with graphic designers, videographers and paid media agencies.

  • Aspiring game designers, filmmakers, and animators— young, extremely creative individuals driven by a deep passion for their craft. They seek to turn their artistic potential into professional success.

  • Creating innovative assets with integrated VFX was crucial, so it resonated deeply with AIT's audience. The message was clear: at AIT, students can unlock their full potential with the support of advanced technology, expert teachers, and like-minded peers.

The Campaign

We created and fine-tuned assets for all channels, both organic and paid. My focus in this area was revamping the website to match the campaign’s look and feel, ensuring a smooth experience with updated content and landing pages. I also collaborated with an external agency to deliver targeted paid social assets for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn—key drivers for lead generation.

Omni-channel Approach

We made sure our message was consistent across all channels to boost brand discovery, nurture leads, and increase engagement. Since these courses were a significant investment for students, our well-rounded campaign was key in effectively nurturing and converting leads through both organic and paid channels.

Artistic Engagement

All videos star AIT student actors and showcase student-designed assets! This factor was key for highlighting AIT's teaching quality, of course. Promoting students to share their creative journeys on social media and resharing our campaign added authenticity and connection with current and future students.

Impact

This campaign has turned out to be one of AIT’s biggest wins, really boosting its online presence and gaining traction in a competitive Australian market.

My role was key in keeping everything on track and supporting the team through a busy period. I helped manage internal and external stakeholders, made sure deadlines were met (especially with the academic calendar in mind), and kept things organized.

I also worked closely with agencies for paid media and web development, while the creative directors focused on the campaign details. It was all about making sure the fully in-house project ran smoothly and effectively.
